Summary: In a world wrought with war between those with powers and those without, Minseok lived his life on the run and in constant danger.  He'd learned the ways to survive, but he'd never found a place he could call home.  That is, until the group saved a certain boy and took him under their wing.

Author's Notes: I hope everyone enjoys this if they read it, and if the prompter reads it, I hope I did some justice to the idea you had!  A massive thanks to G for helping me through all the times I got stuck writing this.  And thank you to the lovely seokmonster mods for being such a joy and running this fest!

I have a presentation tomorrow and I haven't started but I dont care because this exists!!!! I'm an absolute sucker for xiubaek and on top of that!!!! Powers!!!!! And dystopia!!!! This was so beautiful omg bless u so much for writing this beauty thank u. I absolutely loved the development of their feelings and how they became *sobs* each other's home *wails*. And you created the world so well! Humans are such assholes ugh. I loved how you didn't make minseok immune to the cold that was cool and he can snuggle up to baek and keep him cool in the summer wow. Rip chanyeol in the summer tho. wow this was great! a xiubaek superpower post-apocalyptic fic is everything amazing rolled into one, and thank you for writing such a long story for it! i love all the fighting and protective minseok and them cuddling all the time is the cutest!
