❄ General Info ❄ A fic fest is where people prompt what they want to see written and writers choose what they want to write based on the prompts collected, usually on a first come first serve basis! Any one can leave a prompt and anyone can write - You do not have to prompt in order to write and vice versa. Anonymous comments are welcomed, so you don't have to be a Livejournal member to leave a prompt. ❅ Important dates to remember ~ ❅ October 2nd-15th: Prompting October 17th-27: Claiming November 21st: Check In  #1 (500w) Late November 2016: Dropout Deadline December 20th: Check In #2 (1500w) Jan 28th-Feb 4th: FINAL DRAFTS DUE! Feb 10-14: Posting period~ Feb 14: Guess Who? TBA: REVEALS~!! ► This exchange runs on Central Standard Time (GMT-6) ► Minimum Word Count will be 2,000 Words. ❇ Important Info/Rules to Remember ❇ ►Crossovers, OT3+, genderbent characters, Kris, Lu Han & Tao, and Minseok/Minseok will be welcome, as long as Minseok himself is present as the main character. ►Same goes with a viewpoint that is not Minseoks, as long as he is still the main focus and character. ►Don't take a prompt if you don't think you can follow through with writing -- dropping out is highly discouraged though the mods (especially Mod Squid herself) understand completely that real life does happen and some events are unavoidable. However if you dropout past the dropout deadline (Late November 2016) we may have to penalize you from further rounds. ► More than one prompt can be claimed as long as the previously claimed prompt has been finished and handed in. Don't take on more than you can handle! ► Please stay anonymous! We don't want any accidental reveals, and if choosing a beta, try to choose someone outside the fest. we will be watching ► We will be including last year's prompts archive in addition to new prompts from this round for claiming.
